5. Will I be frozen if I buy neopoints?


Even though our neopoints are obtained legitimately (which means not using cheating programs, or buying from third parties), there is always a slight chance for your account to get frozen: the Neopets' Terms and Conditions explicitly state it's not allowed to buy or sell neopoints. NeopetsStuff.net has a 48 hour delivery time frame, in which your order will never take longer than 48 hours. Most orders are filled within an hour or two of being recieved. If you order is going to be delayed, we will contact you informing about the reason and when to expect your order.
